As our operations grow, we are seeking a proactive and motivated person to join us in a Premium Coordinator position within our Belmont team.
About the Role
As a Premium Coordinator, you will support employees, clients, and internal business functions. This role reports directly to the Operations Coordinator and suits someone who is organised, people‐focused, and confident working in a fast‐paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact and manager for employees working onsite.
* Proactively secure rostered work for field service mechanical trades personnel.
* Lead, mentor, and support mechanical trades personnel, promoting a positive culture and consistent operational excellence.
* Conduct regular site visits with clients and team members as a core duty, ensuring strong engagement and operational alignment.
* Liaise with clients to understand workforce requirements and hiring needs.
* Support business development activities by sourcing new clients and identifying current client needs, contributing to workforce solutions, and assisting in the conversion of opportunities.
* Manage and update employee rosters.
* Prepare and submit client quotations.
* Build and maintain strong corporate-level business relationships.
* Identify opportunities for employee development, growth, and retention.
* Monitor costs, support goal setting, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in a recruitment position with candidate and client management responsibilities.
* Extensive knowledge of mobile mining equipment.
* Experience recruiting mobile maintenance trades personnel is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated exposure to business development, client management, or sales support, including preparing quotations, contributing to service expansion, and working toward sales KPIs.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
* Confident, professional, and self‐motivated approach.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* High level of computer literacy.
* Valid manual driver's licence.
* National Police Clearance (required for some sites).
* Strong leadership, analytical, and active listening skills.
* Proven ability to facilitate employee and client meetings.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
