About the Job
We're looking for an experienced, self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced machinery dealership. You'll play a crucial administrative role, acting as the liaison between customers, technicians, and the Parts Department. Your attention to detail and accuracy will be critical, especially when managing complex warranty claims and ensuring correct invoicing.
Best of all, this role requires NO WEEKEND WORK
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all service administration from raising repair orders to internal and retail invoicing.
* Ensure accurate and complete invoicing details, including all parts, labour, and charges.
* Prepare, submit, and track all warranty and extended warranty claims.
* Respond to customer service enquiries and act as the primary customer/department liaison.
Required Skills and Experience
* Strong computer literacy is essential; experience with Dealer Pro or similar DMS is a plus.
* Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
* Display a professional and courteous manner when liaising with customers, suppliers, and staff
On offer is a negotiable salary package with a base of c. $80k + super.
Whilst not essential, previous exposure to Agricultural or earthmoving Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous (but not essential) for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz, Hitachi, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo CE or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.
