Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will warmly welcome guests and guide them through our culinary offerings. You will recommend standout dishes and beverages, showcasing your mastery in hospitality. Your dedication to precision, customer satisfaction, and collaborative spirit will contribute to successful events.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and ensure memorable experiences for guests
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities by turning challenges into opportunities
- Elevate dining experiences with personalised food and beverage suggestions within outlets and events
- Upsell to enhance guest experiences while maintaining quality service
- Proactively source information to increase product knowledge
- Communicate confidently with guests and colleagues for seamless teamwork
- Prepare and pack service areas meticulously
Skills And Experience
- Proven track record in customer service within the hospitality sector
- Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, including table service, beverage expertise, event service and coffee preparation
- Flexibility across different schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Valid RSA or equivalent qualification for the country/state/territory
- Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a diverse team
Compensation
- Base rate of $25.85 per hour with loadings: Monday - Friday $32.31, Saturday $38.78, Sunday $45.24, Public Holidays $64.63
- Adult wages for team members aged 16 and above
