About the roleTurfworks Group is seeking an experienced Truck Driver to join our team in Hervey Bay, Queensland. This full-time role is essential in supporting our road transport operations, delivering turf to customers across the local region.Turfworks Group are a long-standing thriving family owned operated business based in the Hervey Bay and Fraser Coast region dedicated to delivery top quality turf products to our valued customers. Turfworks Group produces and delivers instant quality turf products daily (Monday - Friday) to Civil, Landscapers, golf courses and residential properties.We are an ever growing business who pride ourselves on quality and customer service, supplying turf from Brisbane to Rockhampton and everywhere in between. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driverto join us!What you'll be doingSafely operating and maintaining large commercial vehicles such as rigid trucks and semi-trailersEfficiently loading, unloading and securing cargoProviding exceptional customer service to our clientsAdhering to all relevant safety, compliance and regulatory requirementsMaintaining detailed logbooks and vehicle inspection recordsSupporting the broader transport and logistics team as requiredOperating of Farm MachineryWhat we're looking forA current Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licenceAt least 1 years' experience operating large commercial vehiclesDemonstrated ability to safely manoeuvre and operate heavy machineryStrong customer service orientation and communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and record-keepingCommitment to safety and compliance in all aspects of the roleCurrent LF Licence (Forklift)What we offerAt Turfworks Group, we pride ourselves on providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
