The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful event coordination and management, with experience in developing and implementing diverse events.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
* Coordinate logistics, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality events.
* Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote events and increase attendance.
* Analyze event data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
* Work effectively with teams and volunteers to achieve shared goals.
* Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
* Maintain accurate records and reports to track event performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination and management.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* C-class national driver's license.
* Working with Children Check and/or willingness to obtain one.
* Senior First Aid Certificate.
