The Role
The function of this role is to be the principal consultant and technical delivery lead on data projects, working with our Data Warehouse, Data Analytics and Data Platform delivery teams and our project management office.
What you will be doing
* The function of this role is to be the solution architect and technical delivery lead on data projects.
* Plan the design and delivery of solutions that meet clients' requirements into new and existing data solutions.
* You will be involved in delivering projects based mainly across Microsoft Azure Data Services.
* Collaborate with the Data Architect and other stakeholders to understand client's data needs and provide solutions to meet those requirements.
* Collaborate with various teams within Data & AI, Brennan Digital and our project management office to ensure client delivery.
What we're looking for
* 7+ years in Data Engineering with strong enterprise-level project experience.
* You will have previous experience from a consulting/systems integrator (or similar) organisation.
* Deep and hands-on experience designing, planning and maintaining scalable data infrastructure and data products in complex environments.
* Expertise in Azure cloud services (Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory, SQL databases)
* Designing and implementing data analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
* Strong SQL/PySpark and data modelling experience.
