What Makes This Opportunity Unique:
This is a partnership arrangement, offering you the independence of an independent contracting role while leveraging Allora’s NDIS registration to deliver behaviour support to your own clientele. As a contractor, you will benefit from our established reputation, resources, and support without being bound by traditional employment structures.
You’ll work liaise with the CEO of Allora Options, fostering a collaborative and professional partnership that enables you to maintain autonomy while ensuring alignment with our high standards and values.
What You Will Be Doing:
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner contracting with Allora, you will:
* Deliver Positive Behaviour Support services in compliance with NDIS standards and relevant state authorisation legislation.
* Utilise Allora’s NDIS registration to provide services to your own clients.
* Manage your own caseload and schedule with complete autonomy.
* Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans tailored to participant needs.
* Collaborate with participants, families, and stakeholders to implement evidence-based strategies.
* Review restrictive practices and liaise with organisations to ensure compliance.
This arrangement provides competitive pay (75%-85% of the NDIS Behaviour Support rate) and the opportunity to work independently while being supported by a premium provider.

What We’re Looking For:
* Degree in psychology, developmental educator, social work, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in Positive Behaviour Support.
* Proficient (or higher) under the NDIS Behaviour Support Capability Framework.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Valid ABN, plus your own equipment (laptop, insurance, phone, email, and vehicle).

* De-identified Interim Behaviour Support Plan.
* De-identified Functional Behaviour Assessment.
* De-identified Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plan (all authored by you for the same individual).
