Our State Government client is seeking a Maintenance Support Officer to join their Townsville team. This busy role involves delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring efficient and timely support.
Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, industry partners, and stakeholders
* Ensure the effective and timely delivery of maintenance services

* Proven experience in customer service and administration
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage conflict
* Results-focused with the ability to meet KPIs
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
