About the Role
The Systems Delivery Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of customer implementations and system enhancements across Visy Logistics Australia, New Zealand, and Global Forwarding operations. You will lead digital onboarding projects across Transport, Warehouse Management, and Global Forwarding systems, ensuring seamless integration with internal platforms and alignment with operational and commercial priorities.
Acting as the primary liaison between operations, IT, vendors, and customers, you will drive delivery excellence by streamlining implementation processes, mitigating risks, and embedding scalable solutions. This role is critical in enabling business growth, strengthening global connectivity, and enhancing the end-to-end customer experience through effective systems adoption and optimisation.
This position is ideal for a highly organised, collaborative, and results-driven professional with experience in project delivery within fast-paced supply chain and logistics environments. What You’ll Do
- Lead full lifecycle system implementations, from discovery and design through to testing, training, and go-live.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including operations, IT, vendors, and customers, to ensure aligned outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement by standardising processes, creating reusable tools, and embedding lessons learned.
- Deliver digital onboarding for recent customers, tailoring systems and training to meet their specific needs while supporting scalable growth.
- Maintain project governance, monitor progress, and report on risks, timelines, and milestones to leadership.
- Ensure smooth post-implementation support, including hypercare, handovers, and adoption tracking.
- Contribute to the future system roadmap, leveraging industry trends and vendor partnerships to enhance operational capabilities.
- Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts, providing coaching, direction, and career growth opportunities.
What You Bring
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise tech delivery
- Proven experience delivering Transport and Warehouse Management Systems or Global Forwarding System
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple regions
- Experience managing customer onboarding projects and implementing strong project governance
- Familiarity with API/integration architecture and master data dependencies
- Desirable: Experience with Ramco, or ContainerChain
