About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the position of Concrete Batching Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, have experience with batching operations, and be proficient in using computer systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing concrete batching, scheduling deliveries, and operating plant equipment. While prior batching experience is preferred, we are willing to provide full training to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, representing the company brand.
* Take orders, finalize sales, and batch concrete to specific mix designs.
* Schedule rostering and truck movements using software.
* Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements.
* Order raw materials as needed.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role and proficiency with computers (Command/Jonel batching systems).
* Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
* Plant Operator experience (FEL preferred).
* Proven ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
