Training Advisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to provide training services through our Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program. As a Training Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering accredited and non-accredited training to clients, working closely with them to identify their strengths and areas for improvement.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating, delivering, and evaluating training programs in accordance with SEE contractual guidelines and our service delivery models
* Designing interactive group activities to engage learners with low literacy and numeracy skills
* Providing one-on-one coaching and job search support to help clients achieve their goals
* Completing Pre-Training Assessments (PTA) and developing Personal Pathway Plans (PPP) for each client
Candidates must hold a current TAE40116 or TAE40122 qualification, or higher; and possess sound knowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF). A strong understanding of the SEE program and Language, Literacy, Numeracy, and Digital skills adult teaching methodologies is also essential.
