The Payable Services Team Leader will lead, motivate, and maximize the team's potential to ensure long-term positive relationships with suppliers, partners, and customers. The role involves coaching team members' growth, process improvements, and efficiencies. Responsibilities include handling queries from stakeholders, account reconciliation, timely and accurate supplier payments, managing supplier queries and correspondence, selling partner queries, and end-of-month activities.
Day-to-day responsibilities include :
* Leading, supporting, and developing the team
* Ensuring effective processes and implementing improvements
* Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and customers
* Financial control and end-of-month activities
* Business management, tracking & reporting, BAU management, and ad hoc projects
* Having strong knowledge of the company and products
* Interpreting statements, invoices, and documentation
* Problem-solving, embracing change, identifying issues, and providing recommendations
We'd love to hear from you if you have :
* Strong knowledge of the company and products
* Accounts payable or P2P experience
* Online payment engine knowledge
* Leadership experience (desirable)
* Travel industry knowledge (desirable)
* Degree in accounting or similar (desirable)

Salary on Offer : $79,000 plus superannuation.
