Office Administrator – Nurselink Healthcare (Melton Office)


Location: Melton, VIC

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time (Flexible hours available)

Salary: $30 per hour + Superannuation

Start Date: Immediate

Our Melton office is expanding, and we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our friendly team and keep the wheels turning smoothly

What You'll Do


Your day will be a healthy mix of admin coordination, staff support, and client communication. Key responsibilities include:

* Managing phone and email enquiries from clients, participants, and staff.
* Supporting rostering, shift confirmations, and timesheet processing.
* Maintaining staff records, compliance documents, and onboarding paperwork.
* Assisting management with invoicing, reporting, and general office duties.
* Preparing documents, letters, and files for tenders, compliance, and internal audits.
* Welcoming visitors and ensuring a professional, positive office environment.

What We're Looking For


We're not just after someone who can type fast — we're after someone who genuinely cares about people and loves keeping things organised

You'll bring:

* Previous experience in an admin, reception, or coordination role (healthcare preferred).
* Minimum of 6 months or less experience in administrative, reception, or coordination roles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, and email management).
* Basic Excel proficiency including data entry skills.
* High attention to detail and time management skills.
* A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of NDIS or Aged Care systems (bonus, not essential).
* Valid Australian work rights with appropriate visa status.
