We partner with customers who are committed to building thriving green spaces and now we're looking for a motivated Territory Sales Manager to help us grow in Victoria.

Role Overview
As the Sales Territory Manager, you'll take ownership of a defined Victorian territory and drive revenue growth through new business development and nurturing existing relationships. You'll work closely with our marketing, operations and fulfilment teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences from first contact through to delivery.
Candidate Profile
This role suits someone who is naturally curious, commercially minded, and enjoys making a visible impact on customer outcomes, in addition to someone who:
* Has a minimum of 2 years experience in territory management or field sales
* Has strong business development and relationship‐building skills
* Has excellent communication and organisational strengths
* Adopts a proactive, growth-focused mindset
* Has the ability to work cross‐functionally to get things done
* Has experience and interest in the environmental, landscaping, horticulture, civil or infrastructure sectors
Day‐to‐day Responsibilities
* Building, qualifying and managing a strong sales pipeline across new and existing customers
* Providing accurate, timely quotes aligned to agreed GP margins
* Identifying opportunities to cross‐sell and upsell across our full product range
* Developing strong customer relationships and managing expectations around delivery, pricing and product fit
* Coordinating with fulfilment teams to ensure orders are delivered complete and on time
* Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
* Providing market insights to internal teams and contributing to continuous business improvement
