**About the role**
The primary duties and responsibilities of the position include:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, both in-person and over the phone.
- Assist customers at the counter, handling inquiries, booking appointments, and processing payments efficiently.
- Utilise computer system to finalise bookings and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with Queensland Transport as necessary to facilitate smooth processes for customers.
- Handle additional back-office tasks as needed, which may include administrative duties.
- Other duties as directed.
**About You**
- Previous experience in a customer service or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle busy periods with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Data entry experience
- Must have full working rights in Australia.
