What You'll Be Doing
Get ready for a bit of everything:
Delivering exceptional customer service—on the floor, at the register, in the fitting rooms, wherever the action isHelping bring promotions and marketing ideas to lifeSorting, pricing, and processing donations (you never know what treasure will turn up)Keeping the store looking sharp with top‐notch visual merchandisingSupporting opening and closing routinesHandling cash securely and confidentlyOffering guidance and support to team members when neededKeeping the back‐of‐store organised and running smoothlyIf you like variety, this role has it in spades.
What You Bring
Solid retail customer service experienceConfidence working as part of a teamExperience supervising or guiding others (a big plus)Great communication and presentation skillsA friendly, adaptable attitudeEnough fitness to keep up with the physical side of retail—lifting, moving stock, staying on your feet
