Humanised Group is working with one of their favourite businesses to assist in the recruitment of a Change Manager on a twelve-month, day rate contract.
In this role, you will lead teams through significant change. This is a great opportunity for a passionate individual, who enjoys working across multiple teams to improve and assist employees with the adaptations to business processes, systems and technology, positions and organisational structures. As a Change Manager, you will uphold the company's values and proudly represent the brand through your own values.
As a Change Manager we are looking for someone who can:
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
- Support training efforts
- Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance
- Create and review change management documentation including communications plan, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan
- Support organisational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
- Integrate change management activities into project plan
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Support change management at the organisational level
