Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism, redirecting as necessary.
* Process sales orders, manage customer queries, and provide administrative support.
* Support sales efforts, including generating quotations and managing customer accounts.
Knowledge
* Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
* Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
* Familiarity with Italian food products is a plus.
Skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent time management, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Excel and Word for data processing and administrative tasks.
