We are looking for casual support workers to support a teenage boy with community access. Would suit someone interested in the gym & fitness.
Must be available 2-5pm Monday & Thursday, with potential to add other shifts as they become available.

Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of a Support Worker may
include tasks such as:
* Develop and implement individualized support plans
* Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks, while promoting autonomy and self-determination.
* Facilitate community participation and social inclusion by organizing recreational activities, outings, and educational opportunities tailored to clients' interests and needs.
* Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, support provided, and any incidents or concerns, ensuring compliance with NDIS standards and organizational policies.
* Maintain compliances in line with NDIS requirements for a Support Worker.
During the interview process you will be required to provide:
* Current NDIS Worker Screening (yellow card)
* Current Working with Children Check (blue card)
* Current Police Check (less than 6 months old)
* Drivers Licence
* Full comprehensive car insurance
* Car Registration certificate
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Certificate of Completion for the NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You'
* Certificate of Completion for two infection control modules: 'Hand Hygiene' & 'Basics Infection Prevention & Control Orientation Module'
* Passport or Birth certificate
