About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join the team at our Bras N Things Bendigo Store.
This is a part time hours per week.
* Leading by example to create memorable, honest, and empowering customer connections, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and supported
* Supporting the training and development of your team, helping them build confidence and capability to deliver on store budgets and KPIs
* Managing high stock volumes — you’re hands-on and happy to support with deliveries and stock processes alongside your team
* A clear and supportive communicator, able to delegate tasks effectively and bring the team along with you
* Self-motivated with the ability to multitask on the shop floor, including working independently during quieter periods
* Collaborating with the Store Manager on operational and ad hoc tasks, contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment
