Your new roleIn your new role you will be site-based, working alongside an experienced project team. Responsibilities include:Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of construction contracts and subcontractsMonitoring contract performance and ensuring adherence to contractual terms and conditionsCoordinating with project managers and other stakeholders to address contractual issues and mitigate risksMaintaining comprehensive contract documentation and record-keeping systemsProviding support and guidance to project teamsAssist with progress claim and variation preparation and controlRaise, issue and close out purchase ordersPurchase order and invoice reconciliationAdministration of the project HSE system What you'll need to succeedExperience working in a team and delivering a luxury residential mid-rise project.Strong understanding of construction contracts, subcontracts, and related legal principlesHigh competency with Procore is required.Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve contractual issuesAttention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate contract records and documentation What you'll get in returnCompetitive salary range within the region of $160k-200k super (Negotiable for the right person).Work with a builder and developer who work differently to most and are proud of their work ethic and collaboration.Investment and bonus scheme opportunities are available for staff.
