Responsibilities
- Mail sorting, collection, and distribution
- Booking, receiving, and distribution of courier items
- Workplace operation support including contractor management, security, and access cards
- Records management, archiving and filing
- Utility and breakout room restocking, ordering stock and general maintenance of these areas
- Locker management
- General office administration and other ad hoc duties
Qualifications
- A desire to provide exceptional service to internal and external customers
- Clear communication skills both written and verbal
- Valuable problem-solving skills
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and reliability
- Professional presentation to work in a corporate environment
- Basic PC skills
- Ability to pass a police check
