Site Services Operations Lead
Job Summary:
The Site Services Operations Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and controlling site projects. This role involves managing project scope, teams, resources, budget and ensuring the success of all site projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead planning, execution, monitoring and control of all site projects.
* Manage project scope, teams, resources and budget.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Maintain relationships with clients to identify growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with sales team to review site scope and submit quotes.
* Oversee technical aspects of projects including engineering drawings.
* Provide leadership and direction to site personnel.
* Ensure effective utilisation of site services staff.
* Maintain documentation related to site installation, quality and safety.
* Complete projects within allocated time and budget.
* Conduct project reviews on larger based site projects.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will need:
* 5+ years experience in a Project Management role in civil or Poly Piping systems.
* QHSE knowledge and experience including WS2 Plastic Welding Specification.
* Management training and experience.
* Certificate in Project Management.
* Degree in Engineering, Business or business administration.
* Poly Welding and electrofusion welding certification and experience.
