We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Services Manager to lead the planning, scheduling, and delivery of maintenance services. This role will be responsible for driving preventative and corrective maintenance, as well as infrastructure upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance of university facilities
* Manage statutory risk and compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations
* Plan and manage the University's grounds, engineering services, water, and sewerage infrastructure
Maintenance of thermostatic mixing valves and backflow prevention devices across university buildings is also required. The successful candidate will undertake minor project works, including reviewing trade-specific scopes of work and ensuring value for money.
