Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brisbane, QLD, for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring that scheduled milestones are met. Duties include coordinating with key stakeholders, managing logistics and expediting processes, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with project requirements. The role also involves risk management, progress reporting, and effective communication to deliver successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring
Experience in Inspection processes and quality assessment
Expertise in Logistics Management and coordination
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
Relevant certifications or a degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields is preferred
Experience in real estate, development, or asset management industries is advantageous
