Job Title: Admin/Receptionist – Accounting Firm (Part-Time)

Location: South Morang, VIC 3752

Employment Type: Part-time (Fixed days and hours)

Pay Rate: Starting from $26.18/hour + super (Clerks – Private Sector Award 2020, Level 1)

We provide tailored tax, bookkeeping, and advisory solutions to individuals and small businesses across Australia. About the Role

We are looking for a well-organised and approachable Admin/Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis, with fixed working days and hours. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

There is potential for the role to grow into a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

* Front desk duties: greeting clients and managing calls
* Handling ATO-related communication and follow-ups
* Managing client records and documentation
* Scheduling appointments and managing team calendars
* Assisting the Principal with administrative support
* Scanning, filing, sorting, and general data organisation
* Managing incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence
* Liaising with clients in a professional, courteous manner

What We’re Looking For

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
* Confident with MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
* Professional phone manner and office etiquette
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in an admin or reception role (preferred)
* Background in an accounting or professional services office (advantageous but not required)
