About the role
This role involves the following
* General reception of incoming calls and site visitors.
* Professional operation of phone system to ensure fast and accurate handling of all calls.
* Entering of sales orders and invoicing.
* Obtaining quotes for materials and issuing purchase orders with suppliers.
* Support of external sales staff including stationary and brochures.
* Supporting Operations staff.
* Customer service including updating customers on ETA and lead times.
* Maintaining offices and kitchens.
* Online booking of freight
* Schedule and Plan meetings and appointments.
