What we're looking for:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in medium–large project environments
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to translate business needs into clear documentation and actionable user stories
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Background in technology, digital, data, or business transformation projects
• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously
