**Your New Position**:
- Supervising a customer service team of five.
- Liaising with key stakeholders both internal and external, at all levels of the organisation including feedlots, veterinary clinics, farms etc.
- Coaching, mentoring, and training the team where required, having a hands-on approach to team development.
**Skills & Experience Required**:
- A minimum of three years of experience in a Team Leader position, or equivalent.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent MS Office skills and willingness to learn current systems.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and targets.
- Strong emotional intelligence and experience in coaching and mentoring staff.
- Previous experience in the Animal Services industry is desirable, but not essential.
