They are rapidly growing and are now seeking an efficient and effective Support Worker/Administration Assistant to join their Northam Recovery Rehabilitation Centre.
">
The successful candidate will report to the General Manager and primarily be responsible for providing administrative support, offering a high level of care to clients & providing support to the Northam Recovery Programme.
">
Key Responsibilities:

* General Administration & Data Entry
">
* Provide direct support to clients, including personal care and emotional support
">
* Collaborate and empower clients to make sound decisions and informed choices
">
* Monitor clients' physical and emotional well-being, recording any concerns and reporting them to the relevant clinician
">
* Assist in the day-to-day management of the facility and follow the house rules and instructions
">
* Oversee client participation in community volunteering jobs
">
">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">
The ideal candidate should have excellent administration skills, demonstrated skills in the use of office equipment and an intermediate level of computer skills using a range of software within a Windows environment.
">
They should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, previous experience working in a similar role within AOD recovery or healthcare, excellent organisation & time management skills and ability to prioritise and coordinate.
">
A high-level attention to detail, friendly disposition and empathy for the patients and their families, an understanding of addiction treatments and an understanding of the aims and objectives of Fresh Start are also required.
