Our client is a highly regarded boutique accounting practice based in South East Melbourne. They have a relaxed, friendly culture and a solid client base including some large, complex businesses and high net wealth individual clients.
In this role you will provide support a team of Accountants with tasks including but not limited to processing income tax assessments, electronic lodgement of documents, processing annual returns with ASIC, ATO requirements. You would be involved with taking care of workflow processes, liaise with the Tax Office regrading clients issues and be the main administrative contact for clients.
**To be successful in this role, you will require**:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience with Handisoft
- Experience in processing and electronic lodgement of tax assessments
- Be familiar with ATO forms and requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude"
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
