Adjacent to the hotel is our award-winning pub, The Warwick, with an open-plan kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, sports bar, beer garden, VIP lounge, and bottle shop.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to drive kitchen operations and support our team. Reporting to the Executive Chef, the successful candidate will oversee daily culinary operations in our bistro, including training, compliance, and food quality monitoring.
