Construction Site Manager - North West TasmaniaOpportunities available within the Tas City Building Team in North West Tasmania.Minimum Qualifications: CERT III Carpentry Qualification. Ability to perform carpentry duties with a high level of attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.Responsibilities:Overseeing, monitoring, and managing the progress and processes of construction projects.Ensuring the safety of construction sites by undertaking safety inspections and enforcing safety guidelines and protocols, including monitoring and completion of required documentation.Working cooperatively and liaising with clients and/or potential stakeholders and updating them on the progress of the project.Ensuring that contractors and team members are motivated and focused.Managing budgets throughout construction projects. Experience with Procore in previous roles would be advantageous.Preparing, coordinating, and writing site reports, drawings, and other necessary documents.Communication with the Office Administration team to ensure that Variations and Extensions of time are processed correctly and in a timely manner.ABOUT US:We operate according to principles and values that really matter – family, honesty, and putting people before profits.
