Your part in our Blue Care team
We are looking for a customer service driven Agent to join our community referral sales teams. A specialist team within our contact centre, you'll be accountable for managing the incoming referrals and enquiries for new and existing customers seeking to receive our Community Services. A high-volume role, you will be processing incoming referrals from government sites including My Aged Care portal, industry partners, hospitals and GP's.
Liaising with our community services team across Queensland, you'll work with clients or their representatives to review their request for services, discuss options, update information and schedule visitations.
