This is an ideal role for a mechanic looking to move towards an off-the-tools position. Guide, mentor and support the workshop and wider dealership team to deliver excellent levels of customer service. Proven experience as a truck mechanic and strong diagnostic skills are essential, preferably gained in a main dealer environment. Duties Oversee daily workshop operations and manage job flow. Support and mentor technicians, especially on complex jobs. Ensure high-quality work through checks and road tests. Update service advisors/customers on job status or delays. Keep job cards and documentation accurate and complete. Ensure compliance with OH&S and company policies. Lead by example and help maintain a positive team culture.
