About the Role
As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, innovative fine dining experiences while supporting the continued evolution of our culinary offering.
In this role, you will:
* Deliver refined and high‐quality dishes within a fine dining environment.
* Collaborate on menu planning and contribute creative culinary ideas.
* Supervise and mentor apprentice chefs and kitchen staff.
* Maintain impeccable standards of food hygiene, safety and presentation.

Hours of Work:
* Parliament Sitting Weeks (approx. 15 per year): Monday - Friday 10:30am–9:00pm

About You
* A trade qualification as a Chef and at least 2 years' experience in a comparable role.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* A passion for innovation, native ingredients and premium local produce.
