* Strong background in payroll management
* Deep understanding of workers compensation processes and legislation

* Manage payroll operations from start to finish
* Prepare and submit superannuation, PAYG, and payroll tax
* Liaise with insurers on workers compensation claims
* Support return-to-work initiatives and maintain compliance documents
* Provide timely support to employees and stakeholders
* Collaborate on audits, reporting, and continuous improvement projects
* $110k + Super
* Flexible working arrangement requiring only one office visit per week
* Positive work environment with supportive colleagues and manager
* Associate level experience or equivalent
