Position Overview:
Cundaline Resources is currently seeking a Serviceperson who is responsible for maintaining, servicing, and performing minor repairs on equipment, vehicles, and machinery to ensure operational efficiency. This role involves routine inspections, refueling, lubrication, and assisting with basic mechanical tasks to support the smooth operation of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and minor repairs on vehicles, plant, and machinery.
* Conduct inspections and report any faults or necessary repairs to the supervisor.
* Refill fluids, lubricate moving parts, and replace consumables as required.
* Assist mechanics and tradespeople in servicing and repair tasks.
* Maintain accurate service records and logs.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role or mechanical servicing environment with a minimum five years' site experience.
* Full Australian Working Rights.
* Current HR Driver's License (essential).
* 4WD Certificate.
* Demonstrated First Fire Attack.
* Hold a Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card/Blue Card).
* Demonstrable Relevant Experience with all or most CAT D10 & D9 bulldozers, 352, 374 excavators, CAT 980, 962 Wheel loaders, VOLVO A60H artic trucks, 6 wheel watercarts fm500, Isuzu light trucks, LVs Hilux, Prado.
* Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to work safely and follow procedures.
* Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
