Property Styling Assistant Role
The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior styling and property, with excellent communication and service skills. They will be responsible for lead generation and client engagement, as well as providing styling support for property staging days.
This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work across the Gold Coast. We are seeking a driven and self-motivated person who is confident making calls and talking to agents and clients.
Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation & Client Engagement:
o Reach out to real estate agents and vendors
o Use social media for outreach and connection
o Seek network opportunities
o Maintain agent/client relationships
* Styling Support:
o Assist in planning and preparing for staging day
o Pre-pack and load décor items
o Support with install and set up on-site
o Post-install unpacking and returns
o Assist with photo/video capture for content
Requirements:
* Confidence making calls and talking to agents and clients – communication and service skills essential
* Skills and passion for interior styling and property
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable and physically able to help move decor items
* Comfortable working solo on outreach and collaboratively on styling days
* Proactive and not afraid to offer ideas or solutions
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
