Your Day-to-Day:
* Educate and care for children aged 0-5 in nurturing, play-based environments.
* Lead and support meaningful learning experiences for your assigned group of children.
* Collaborate with centre teams to create and deliver inspiring educational programs.
* Step in when needed to cover staff absences, lunch breaks, and leave - and be a reliable helping hand.
* Contribute to the observation and documentation of children's development.
* Learn something new every day by working in different centres and environments.
What you need:
* A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or you're currently studying an ACECQA-approved qualification.
* Valid Blue card for paid employment
* Food Handling Certificate
* National Police check
* Minimum 2 days of availability per week, with flexibility for occasional short-notice shifts.
* A warm, energetic attitude with strong communication skills and a love for working with children.
* Willingness to undertake mandatory National Child Safety training
* Reliability and adaptability - ready to thrive in new environments and support different teams.
