To meet our growing demands, we have multiple opportunities for Well Operations Supervisor to join our team.
The Role
Reporting to the Well Operations Superintendent, the purpose of the role is to coordinate and execute all well activities on their rig to ensure that HSE, cost and technical operational requirements are met.
Responsibilities
* Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow's values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
* Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
* Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
* Act as a SSM (site safety manager) by ensuring all activities on Arrow Energy's petroleum authorities are compliant with QLD legislation, specifically the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004 and supporting guidance material.
* Ensure technical decision making in relation to the performance of their rig by following an approved well program and making decisions based on professional judgement.
* Ensure precise reporting of all well activities as required by QLD legislation by tracking operations and entering data into the Company's reporting database (Wellview).
* Lead safety on the rig by working within the Arrow Safety Management System.
About You
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.
Qualifications
* At least 5 years well operations experience.
