About the Role

We are seeking Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Biosystems and Electrical Engineering graduates to join our Graduate Development Program in February 2026. The program features comprehensive training, professional growth opportunities, mentoring, and structured six-month rotations across diverse teams.

* Gain valuable hands-on experience in network operations, project delivery, capital planning, network modelling, environmental initiatives, asset management, and strategic planning.
* Develop your skills and knowledge through a variety of team rotations, including collaboration on a group innovation project supported by senior managers and teams across the business.

This role spans both our Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay offices, with travel expected between locations as needed.

1. Build strong written communication, teamwork, and collaboration capability.
2. Show a customer-focused approach and interact positively with our community.
3. Demonstrate safe behaviours that keep our workplace healthy.
4. Apply strong time management, multi-tasking, investigative, analytical, and research skills.
5. Achieve development goals, plans, and work across various systems and projects to achieve team outcomes.
6. Maintain high work standards and attention to detail.
