ADMINISTRATION OFFICER - RANGERS
Opportunity:
The City of Albany’s Ranger Team is looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to take up the role of Ranger Administration Officer.
This role will see you report to the Ranger Coordinator and be responsible for providing high-quality frontline customer service to Ranger Services customers, deliver effective administrative support to the ranger team, maintain accurate data and records, and provide quality information regarding ranger policies, procedures, relevant Local Laws and legislation, to all stake holders.
About You:
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic team environment. Possessing excellent customer service skills, having the ability to thrive in a team environment, having a passion for community safety and ranger operations, and the ability to liaise effectively both externally and externally, is a key component of this role.
Experience in customer service, financial administration and ranger services, along with qualifications in administration or a related field, will be highly regarded.
