Lead Group Healthcare are seeking a Quality and Education Manager for a beautiful Residential Aged Care Facility located in the northern Rivers region of New South Wales local to Tweed Heads NSW.
This is a fantastic opportunity to live where other people holiday and work with a highly regarded, medium/large sized facility that provides a fantastic support system, working directly alongside the Facility Manager, Clinical Managers, AN-ACC support, Regional Quality and Education Support plus 24-hour Registered Nurses and Care team.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the home with Accreditation, Quality oversight, clinical governance, compliance and staff education, working collaboratively with your team to ensure outstanding service provision.

Role Requirements
Full time Australian working rights
AHPRA Registration
Cert IV in Training and Assessment - desirable but not essential
4 years + clinical experience - Aged Care experience desirable
Leadership capabilities with solid communication skills
