**About the role**
Are you someone who thrives on providing exceptional service to customers? As a Customer Service Professional, you will be pivotal in managing a portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships, and collaborating with account managers to optimize client spending. You will be working from the office Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients and carriers through effective communication and coordination with internal teams.
- Assist in the smooth onboarding of new clients, ensuring seamless transitions and delivering top-notch service from day one.
- Maintain accurate records and update relevant information in a timely manner.
- Invoicing with Xero
- Raising purchase orders

**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles.
- Experience within the logistics space is preferred
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Polite and courteous demeanor when interacting with suppliers and clients.
- Advanced computer proficiency.
- Ability to speak Vietnamese is a big advantage
