The firm has enjoyed a high quality corporate practice and you will have scope to run sales and acquisitions autonomously, be involved in IPO's and M&A matters, and broad corporate and commercial work for a listed and unlisted client base.
To be considered you will be a strong corporate lawyer with at least 3-7 years of experience, although more senior lawyers are also encouraged to apply.
