This is a part-time position with a minimum guarantee of 30 hours per week.About the roleAs Night Auditor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless overnight experience while delivering a 5-star service to our valued guests.
As the first and last point of contact, you'll set the standard for excellence by offering warm, genuine, and attentive hospitality throughout their stay.ResponsibilitiesManaging guest accounts, posting charges, reconciling payments, and generating daily reports in close collaboration with the Night Manager.Providing exceptional customer service during guest check-ins/check-outs and assisting with inquiries at the Front Desk.Ensuring effective communication during handovers at the start and end of each shift, keeping everyone in the loop.Proactively managing guest requests and collaborating with various departments to exceed guest expectations.QualificationsPrevious experience as a Night Auditor in a high-volume hotel (200+ rooms).
Proven experience with PMS; Opera Cloud highly desirable.Exceptional customer service, communication, and time management skills.Strong Microsoft Office skills and Excel proficiency.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest needs.Proactive and resourceful with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to work evening shifts 11pm–7am over a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.Willingness to obtain or already hold a current QLD RSA and First Aid Certificate.Qualifications in Accounting and/or Finance desirable but not essential.Strong teamwork and ability to act as a true ambassador for the hotel.Must hold unlimited work rights in Australia.What's in it for youExcellent career development and training opportunities within a dynamic and supportive team.Employee benefits including discounted accommodation and food & beverage services worldwide.Part-time position (minimum 30 hours per week).
