We're looking for a Doors Maintenance Supervisor to join our Doors team in Perth.
In this position you will lead an experienced and capable team within our Doors business where you will ensure operational objectives and high levels of customer satisfaction are attained. This is a critical role within our South West region and reports to the Service and Doors Operations Manager.
What will you be doing?
- Support and lead a service team in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
- Customer Account Management: attend regular client meetings to review performance and provide timely and effective communication to customers.
- Proactive management of customer operational enquiries
- Workload planning and service route optimisation
- Safety management and responsibility for staff in your area
- Enhance the KONE brand and ensure safe work practices are strictly followed in compliance with industry regulations and KONE's policies
- On-going coaching and mentoring of your team members
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrated success working within the maintenance industry, supporting a technical service/maintenance team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A team player, willing to proactively support the wider business line
- The ability to naturally build relationships and be genuinely motivated to go above and beyond expectations. A proactive communicator
- Strong operational and safety leadership skills with the ability and desire to mentor, coach and engage your team
- Hard working with the resilience to navigate a demanding role in a dynamic work environment
- Full Drivers licence
