About The Role
Join our MCC Darra team in an exciting and immediate opportunity as a Machine Operator

No prior experience with our machines?
No problem
If you're mechanically minded, have previous experience working with machinery, and are eager to learn, we'll provide full training to get you up to speed.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate print finishing machines according to the production schedule.
Carry out quality checks to ensure all products meet customer specifications and company standards.
Pack and move finished goods to the despatch holding area.
Provide support to printers and the wider manufacturing team as needed.
Follow quality procedures, maintain high housekeeping standards, and adhere to safe work practices.
Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude (preferred).
Experience in manufacturing – especially in labels – is an advantage, but not essential as full training is provided.
Certificate II in Printing or a related field (preferred but not required).
Basic computer skills.
Good colour recognition.
Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
Comfortable working around moving machinery (no motion sickness).
