The role of Secretariat Officer & Division Coordinator is a pivotal position that demands a high level of professionalism, discretion, and collaboration. This position involves developing, implementing, and maintaining processes and procedures to support the Governance, Strategy & Program Management team in delivering effective and efficient secretariat processes and governance arrangements for NASC internal and external liaison. Coordinating and scheduling meetings, drafting and finalizing agendas and minutes, and monitoring and updating action item registers are key responsibilities of this role.
